3.You will be solely liable for any false disclosures and legally responsible for any legal ramifications that may arise from the viewing, reading, or downloading of images or materials contained on and within this Site.
4.You will use the materials on this Site for the sole purpose of your own personal noncommercial entertainment and will NOT display these materials to minors.

10.You will not dispute valid purchases on your credit card.
11.Marine Meat, LLC website may in the future contain links to other related World Wide Web Internet sites, resources and sponsors of Marine Meat, LLC and that selection of an ad banner or link may redirect you, the User, off of Marine Meat, LLC to a third party. You agree that transactions that occur between you, the User, and the third party are strictly between you and the third party and are not the responsibility of Marine Meat, LLC. Because Marine Meat, LLC is not responsible for the availability of these outside resources or their contents, you understand, accept and agree that you should direct any concerns regarding any external link to its site administrator or Webmaster.
12.Marine Meat, LLC reserves the right to change its promotional offers or to offer substitute merchandise should it sell out of sale merchandise. Such substitutions will offer equal or greater savings to that of the original offer. Marine Meat, LLC shall also have the right at any time to change or modify its sales promotion offers.
13.DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
14.INDEMNITY. Pursuant to the above paragraph, you agree and acknowledge that you are fully responsible for your own acts on this Site, that if you are injured by any information or services here it was your choice alone to rely on that information or service, and that if you are injured by other visitors to or users of this Site, Marine Meat, LLC is not to blame for those injuries. Accordingly,
a.You agree not to hold Marine Meat, LLC Inc. and its respective directors, officers, employees and agents (collectively "Marine Meat, LLC") responsible for any injuries or losses you may suffer from use of our site.
b.If anyone claims that you did (or failed to do) something on our Site that injured them, or violates any laws, you agree to protect Marine Meat, LLC from any resulting problems. This protection includes defending us in any legal actions, making all necessary payments to others, and reimbursing us for all losses, costs, damages, expenses and attorneys fees.
15.This Site can be reached on the Internet from all fifty states and around the world, with many more laws and rules than we could ever keep up with. You agree that the law of our own state, California (but not its choice of law rules), will apply to all matters relating to this User Agreement and our Site. You also agree that any action to enforce this User Agreement or to resolve any dispute arising from your visit to or use of this Site or the information or content contained in this Site will be submitted to final and binding arbitration before one arbitrator at the American Arbitration Association's Los Angeles, California office in accordance with the procedural rules of the American Arbitration Association and California law. Judgment on any award of the sole arbitrator may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
16.Marine Meat, LLC reserves the right to make changes to this User Agreement and should changes arise, Marine Meat, LLC will post them. You understand that any use of the Site after such notice is posted will be deemed to constitute acceptance by you of such changes, modifications or additions.
17.Marine Meat, LLC does not currently charge money for general access to its Site. However, this could change in the future. Marine Meat, LLC will try to give advance notice of any plans to start charging for general access. Our Site does provide Forums for paid members only.
18.You will find rules for using Marine Meat, LLC's Site in two places: In this User Agreement and in our Services Agreement for paid members only.
19.Finally, you acknowledge and certify that:
(a) you have read the above portion of this Agreement in its entirety;
(b) You agree to all of its terms and conditions stated above;
(c) You are 21 years of age or older;
(d) You are not violating the law in your area of access by viewing, using or ordering the materials contained on this Site; and
(e) you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Marine Meat, LLC harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, damages (including attorneys fees and associated costs) and other costs and expenses arising in connection with your visit to or use of this Web Site and/or your purchase or offer to purchase any of the products and services offered on this Site.
