Partnership Program Rules - 40% Plus recurring

* As a financial partner you will be paid 40% of the money we collect on sign ups and recuring memberships. Our site costs $19.95 monthly recuring and $49.95 for 3 months non-renewing. CCBill fees will be split with the affiliate.

* You will be paid by www.ccbill.com .

* Any charge backs or refunds will be debited to the webmasters account accordingly and will be displayed in the CCBill's comprehensive check details located in the webmasters stats.

*CCBill pay periods are weekly, checks are then issued within 9 days of the billing cycle. CCBill has a minimum payout of $25.00 per period.

*All revenues will be disbursed in US Dollars.

* You may use blind links, text links, our banners, your banners, our tour, your tour, you may use auto refreshes, redirects, you may place your URL in Search Engines.

Any of the following will result in your account being terminated without pay :
  • SPAM, including but not limited to E-mail, Instant Messages, Chatrooms, Newsgroups, ICQ and IRC.
  • Promoting or containing content of: Warez, Passwords, MP3, Bestiality, Rape, Child Pornography or any acts of violence. This includes meta tags, text, links, graphic(s) or any HTML.
  • Attempt to mislead or defraud us in any way.
  • Hits or signups generated as a requirement to enter or obtain access to goods or services on your (or someone else's) web site.
  • Any sort of mechanism or effort that falsely generates hits or signups, including signups by the webmaster. If you wish to perform a test signup you must first E-mail RevShare@MarineMeat.com.
  • Any individual found to be in violation of 3rd party copyright, trademark, patent or any other intellectual property right violation or infringement.
  • Any webmaster found to have cheated or defrauded any other sponsor.
  • Any misrepresentation of our site, including but not limited to, misrepresenting the cost of membership, terms of membership, or content contained within our site. Exploitation of our terms and conditions, including but not limited to, instructing the member to signup and cancel is also not permitted in any way, shape or form.
Accounts that are terminated without pay will have a stop placed on all outstanding funds.

We reserve the right to alter or modify the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to Webmasters.

It is your responsibility to refer to this document from time to time so that you may be informed of any changes to the Terms and Conditions.

We will not be held responsible for loss due to downtimes resulting from complications with our hosting equipment or technical errors.

We reserve the right to cancel this Agreement at any time, for any reason, without prior notification. In such cases you will be notified immediately and paid for ALL accumulated funds up to that point in time.
